2. Quotations and Orders
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit is required to confirm orders. Final payment must be made prior to delivery or collection.

3. Production Timelines
Standard lead times are agreed upon at the time of order. For expedited services (e.g., Express Build), additional fees may apply.

4. Design and Approval
Clients are responsible for approving designs before production. Changes requested post-approval may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery dates are estimated and subject to change. Installation services, if provided, are quoted separately and must be confirmed before scheduling.

6. Warranty
All products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage due to misuse or external factors is not covered.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders canceled after production has begun are non-refundable. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs created by Kalay Creative remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays or issues with the product.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
